Knuckle Boom Sequencing Valve

Knuckle booms require an important hydraulic circuit to function properly. This hydraulic component is used at the extension function. The hydraulic component is called the sequencing valve. Predictable motion is important to operators in order to place materials exactly where they are needed. The sequencing valve provides this predictable motion. We will use a three stage extending circuit as our example. When stage one is extending it must extend fully prior to stage two extending. Our sequence valve on stage one will hit a flag and the hydraulic oil will now power stage two. When stage two is fully opened then the flag will open stage three to begin extending. By opening a mechanically controlled valve the stages both open and close in a predicable manner. The operator is both safe and productive as a result of this valve. Our team is here for you.
