Efficient Service in Simcoe County through scheduling
Our company philosophy is that we do not miss appointments.
It has been said that in this type of industry, (well especially in the South Simcoe/York Region) there have been people that have created a name for missing appointment times. Even more so for not showing up and not honoring their scheduled word.
Well, that is not us.
We take pride as a team in honoring our schedules.
Why do we do this?
Firstly, we know your time is valuable. You have a business to run, staff to coordinate and machines that you need in order to efficiently work your business. The lifting equipment we service is an imperative unit to you being able to run your business. We know this. So, we want to make sure that you can easily and effectively work. That is why we show up on time, every time.
Secondly, we know what it means to have a safe work environment and how it’s important to your team. Not only that also to the quality of products you produce and to your peace of mind. We pride ourselves in creating and maintaining safe work environments for all with your lifting equipment. Scheduling safety inspections on a timeline and within the guidelines ensures safe working conditions. It also shows your time that you take pride in your safety as a company.
Lastly, if there are repairs needed, we want to make sure that we can get you up and running as quickly as possible. Every minute that machine is down, is money lost. We don’t want that for you. We will be there at our scheduled times to help you minimize the costs. This will get you effectively running again (safely of courses) and getting you back into your flow of business.
“Thank you for coming when you said you were going to show up” – This was a recent Peterborough client comment
We have been doing this for years and when we schedule you on a certain date, we show up when we say we are going to show up.
You can count on us to be there.
